From the of age 11, I was constantly buying, trading and selling baseball cards, mowing multiple lawns a week, shoveling snow, pulling weeds, doing odd jobs, all the while maintaining a paper route 7 days a week. This helped develop my work ethic, and I guess you could say, helped plant my entrepreneurial seeds.

I got my start in the world of business, consulting, and entrepreneurship working under a civil engineer and mentor at the age of 19.

What started out as a part-time job twenty-two years ago has turned into a career and passion for helping municipalities across the US save tax-payer dollars and provide better roadway Conditions. It took over eleven years to finally settle in as the true founder and CEO of my company,  Pavement Management Group, and I have recently launched my ultimate dream,  Goalden Ventures.

Goalden Ventures is the holding company, providing business investment, mentorship, resources, coaching, consulting services for the early business owner. The GOALDEN initiative helps high performers who are struggling to find their identity and voice, start a meaningful business of purpose using heir unique skillsets and passions.
